Ramitto operates Ramitto at ramitto.com.

We build and maintain your website so you can sell any product or service, effortlessly. We also run the dashboard, catalog, orders, bookings, and billing.

These terms apply when you create an account or sell on the platform.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

We build a branded site for your company and connect it to the platform.

You do not receive the source code. You do not deploy the apps.

Your company's staff use the dashboard.

You pay 1% of sales. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee, and no exit fee.

A deposit booking uses 1% of the full booked price.

In the Dominican Republic we invoice that same 1%.

You can cancel at any time. Cancel does not forgive fees already earned.

That fee includes the site, catalog, bookings, paid bookings, orders, and paid orders.

English only, Spanish only, or bilingual is included. There is no language surcharge.

The owner may cancel at any time. There is no exit fee.

You can sell until you cancel. New orders stop after you cancel. Fees already earned stay due.

We do not refund a collected fee, except where the law requires it.

A cancelled company still owes fees already earned.

Give true company details. Use the service for lawful business.

Do not attack the platform. Limit staff access to people who work for you.

The 1% applies to sales on the platform. There is no volume cap.

When a visitor orders or books on your site, you are the merchant.

Your site privacy page covers their data.

We process that data only to run orders, bookings, and mail for you.

We may change features. We may update these terms.

We post the new text on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.

The service may fail. We work to restore it.

We are not liable for lost sales, lost data, or missed bookings beyond what the law requires.

Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
