This policy describes how Ramitto handles personal data for ramitto.com accounts, company staff, and billing.

It does not replace the privacy page on a customer site that we operate for a business.

We collect account name and email, a password hash, company name, billing ids, staff roles, and the catalog, orders, and bookings you store.

If you connect Google Calendar, we store calendar tokens so we can show busy times and add events.

We also collect support messages and technical logs such as IP address, time, and errors.

We use this data to create and secure accounts, to bill the 1% fee, and to operate the site, catalog, orders, and bookings.

We send mail to verify email, reset a password, and notify you about orders and bookings.

We use logs to detect abuse and to fix faults.

We do not sell personal data.

We keep account and billing records while the company is active and as long as tax or dispute rules require.

We delete or anonymize data when we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, subject to the law.
